The "Rules of Procedure" are the rules by which the European Parliament is supposed to be governed. Unfortunately, those rules only seem to protect pro-Europeans. When Eurosceptics, like myself, used the rules to make a point, we were told it wasn't possible.

I voted against reports this day about fisheries agreements - which I think are a scandalous way of the EU using it's money (your money!) as financial leverage to con poor people out of their fishing rights.
