So I did it, it wasn't very hard. You have to remove the operating rod and Bolt Carrier to be able to unscrew the top of the gun at which point you can access the cog that revolves the 25 round belt around. From there you can just loosen it a bit to spin faster. WARNING: Do not do this...

The Nerf Vulcan EBF-25 with what they call the "Double Tap Mod." It requires Basic Field stripping of the gun and the ability to reasemble the weapon. It is modified to fire 6 Darts per second! I am currently working on the Triple and Quad. tap mod. So stay tuned!
