Hi!!! My Name is Luke Sugiyama-Holloway. I love travelling, studying and training all over the place. I was initiated as a practising Buddhist by Lama Choedak Rinpoche and I have been a part of another (Daoist) group for 9 years now and it has greatly influenced me, I speak Japanese, Cantonese (not too bad.. I guess), Mandarin and English, I also speak abit of Sweedish, Tagalog, Korean and a couple of things from various dialects, I have friends and family in Japan, Sweeden, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Korea & Indonesia!!!! I teach Zhen Dao Kung Fu and I currently have 5 branches under Wu Jin Gong centres Australia. I specialize in Self Defence for Men, Women & Children. Armed Response, Improvised Weapons, Blade Response, REAL Knife Fighting (Knife VS Knife) alos double knife and Machette, I have also trained traditional arts such as Wu Shu, Wing Chun, Tong Long, Silat & Taiji to name a couple. I have now been training push hands seriosuly for about 5 years. It is my biggest passion beside developing my Lion & Dragon teams. Along with TEAM WU JIN SECURITY. We mainly work pubs, clubs & concerts. Team Wu Jin started off as a Kung Fu demo Team which had crazy Weapons displays along with San Da, Wu Shu and Taijiquan... I am a part of The KHUAN YEE LION DANCE ASSOCIATION of AUSTRALIA and we are students of Grand Master Siow of the Hok San Sar Ping Style of Lion Dance. I have taught classes all over Queensland and sometimes overseas.. when I get the chance.. I have taught people from- Australia & New Zeland, Japan, Korea,Germany, Ice Land, U.S., Canada, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philipines, Vietnam & Indonesia. I have two dvds out on stand up and ground fighting aimed at Realistic Appraoch to Self Defence selling in stores around Australia, I am currently producing two more on Knife Fighting. I have appeared in news papers and magazines etc throughout Australia and Malaysia, two Chinese News Papers, K.L. cable TV, The Discovery Channel, Channel 7 Australia, The Chronicle, Observer & Indy, Blitz Australian Martial Arts magazine, Inside Martial Arts Magazine/International Bujutsu Magazine. Soon I am taking 6 students to Malaysia, Thailand, China & Hong Kong where we will be meeting brother schools, my Sifu's, touring,Demonstrating, training together and giving seminars on Realistis Self Defence along with Women's Self Defence in Thailand late March. I conduct seminars pretty much ANYWHERE on Hok San Sar Ping Lion Dance Traditional & Performaing Percussion Chinese Kick Boxing Chinese Grappling Taijiquan Self Defence for Children Self Defence for Women Defensive & Control Tactics for Security Armed Response Improvised Weapons Stick Fighting (mostly single) Knife Fighting (Single & Double) and a few other tricks here and there, hahaha..
