I am a public school choral/general music teacher. I sing, play the piano, violin, guitar, saxophone, flute, clarinet and trumpet. I have always enjoyed making movies. I love learning new things and making others laugh. If it weren't for other YouTube members, I would have never known I was featured in Nintendo Power, v.218 p.93. It's a real honor. TomBob is my nickname, and the 'blender' part was from the name of an a cappella group I was a part of while in college called the 'Premium Blend'. I hope you enjoy my videos. "It's also good to keep in mind that no matter how hard you try, no music composed on Mario Paint is going to sound like the New York Philharmonic , or for that matter, like Pearl Jam. For Mario Painters who already know something about music, you know that many chords and keys are not available since there are no sharps or flats. Even if a song wasn't originally written in the key of C, though, you may be able to transpose it to use the Mario Paint key." - Mario Paint Player's Guide, Page 72. I try my best to make them as unique as possible. I do not use any kind of written notation when arranging my music. I always rely on the soundtrack from the original game. Mario Paint Limitations: ~Only 24 measures are available. ~No more than three notes at a time. ~You can not double notes on the same line or space. ~Tempo is restricted. ~There is no fluctuation in dynamics (volume). ~No sharps or flats are available. ~Can only compose using the "white keys" from the piano. ~Only two of each letter name are available (except A, where there is only one). ~C major and A natural minor are the only keys to compose in. ~All church modes are available. ~Basic restriction to the treble clef and tones. bru0017 - 1,000th comment on MM2 Wily video!
