USSR Demise I have a letter of gratitude from the Czech Republic concerning my verifiable efforts in August 1984 to successfully convince the former Soviet Union of a better way. Welfare Reform My welfare solutions of April 1995 together with former Governor Tommy Thompson's time limits and training is what is now our current system. This has saved billions! Medicare/Medicaid/Healthcare This involves a smarter solution without erosion of capabilities and excellence of service. President Bush estimated a 21% savings. John Kerry in the spring of 2004 estimated a 350 billion dollar saving. This has been partially adapted to date. Elderly Right to Life and Taxes Our living wills provided simply to take no 'extraordinary efforts' to resuscitate. With my solutions in August 2004, the living wills now have options to not be starved to death and to not be deprived of liquids. Before this solution people were starved and deprived of liquids because the interests of third parties often were to have these elderly dispatched. Further, elderly should not be taxed on interest and dividends that don't even keep up with inflation. That is truly a cruel depletion of life sustaining funds. Social Security, Tort Reform, Sexual Predators My social security solution is near the top of consideration. My tort reform solution is being made a priority by President Bush. The news says that my sexual predator solution is being adapted by Alabama, Los Angeles, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. The rest are soon to follow. It will truly save lives of our children because offenders will be prevented from repeating. Illegal Immigrants This solution was sent out when Congress was about to grant amnesty just like in 1986. Now it is quietly being followed. It also influenced state governors to deny services to illegals. Suicide Bombers My solution to prevent suicide bombers should save lives. Not just American and European lives, but Muslim lives and the lives of would be suicide bombers. I sued 22 Lawyers and Won! I sued a prestigious Southwest law firm for Legal Malpractice. They were 22 law partners and owners. I represented myself because lawyers wouldn't touch it. I justified 9 figures plus triple RICO Federal Racketeering damages. They settled! I am not a lawyer. My degree is in physics. Population, Greenhouse Gasses, and Religion Here are some scientific facts and observations that have governed my life. They are not meant to be an imposition on the life of others. Rather they may be borrowed as others think appropriate. They are a work in progress. Communication is the key to understanding. My age is 69 years, but my Mom and Dad lived for 89 and 91 years, respectively. I have a proven record of bringing solutions together and convincing sufficient numbers to support them. I am tenacious and tireless in this effort. After working up to 17 hours a day, 7 days a week, I have enough funds to live on the rest of my life from age 50. At that point I semi-retired, and I have been giving of myself by solving social problems. I am not here to tell anyone how to run their lives. You are all my equal and make your own decisions. I only offer my experiences to indicate that not all problems are solved and that individuals coming up with unique solutions can make a difference.
