Books: The past few years I've been reading a lot of WWII memoirs written by American soldiers and German soldiers. I'd like to read some books by Russian veterans if I can find some. My two favorites are "We Band of Brothers" by R.E. "Peppy" Blount who served as a B-25 strafer pilot and "The Forgotten Soldier" by Guy Sajer who was an Alsatian that wound up in the Wehrmacht on the Eastern Front.

Music: If it isn't classical, world or christian, I'm probably listening to it. I have been on a White Stripes kick for some time, though.

Hobbies: Pretty much anything that doesn't involve turning wrenches (I get enough of that at work). I play guitar, spend a lot of time making small Shaker cabinets and book shelves, go to airshows.

I'm just a guy that likes to play guitar and sing the songs that I like (even though I can't sing well). It would take a miracle to make me sing and play in front of a live audience but, strangely, I have no problem uploading videos that might be seen by hundreds of people.
