Here is an explanation of my current collection of fitness vlogs here on YouTube: This fitness vlog tells the saga of my journey to better health. I hope it will help to keep me on track to better eating and exercise habits! I am forgetting about the scale. Those numbers are toxic to me. I am eating wisely. I am being active. I now fit into my "normal" clothes. However, there is always room for improvement. I have known the SECRETS all along. However sometimes, I tune out what my body is whispering in my ear. Once again, I HEAR it. Thank goodness!! :-) I like remembering these questions: Is it true you don't have time to exercise ONE hour a day? Do you have time to be DEAD or MISERABLE TWENTY-FOUR hours a day? Hmmmm....I like those questions! Oh P.S. A BALANCED diet does NOT mean a biscuit in each hand!
