Some have said that it was sin or against the Law/Torah if you are born again. Is this true? Do all people need salvation? Is there anyone who because of their geneology or blood line have salvation already? Are people sinless as supposed in 1 John 3?

The L-rd has the right and the authority to change His own Torah or Laws any way He sees fit. He has always done this from the time of the Garden of Eden. Why is it that we cannot let Hashem change His Law? Why do we forbid Him from fulfilling that Law?
