Objective: To work on news and sports assignments for a well organized television news station. Experience Photojournalist 2006 - Present WOFL FOX-35 Orlando, FL * Shoot images, gather natural sound and information, work with reporters,anchors, producers on show content, and edit together news/sports packages and VO/SOT's under pressure for daily newscast. * Operate microwave trucks, set-up lighting, audio and video for satellite and microwave shots. * Responsible for being creative when applicable and for maintaining a high quality of video and sound for every news packages. * Maintained a good sense of news judgment in order to achieve quality results. * Operate and maintain news equipment and perform minor maintenance when needed. * Assist reporters in developing news stand-ups and/or packages while out in the field. * Listen to police/fire/emergency scanners for late breaking news. * Come up with story ideas and pitch them in meetings. * Assist with story research and angles.
