Mar 16, 2008 - Nope,not all children below 5 yrs old can register the course,they can start immediately only when they meet the requirements below: 1. able to read the numbers(0-10) 2. able to recognize the numbers(0-10) besides,they also need to pass a test given by the instructors.The test is consist of the requirement above and a psychology test.
