They DON'T respect any other path, and they believe they get brownie points from their god for annoying, harassing, and even boring everyone else. Fortunately, they are not the ONLY Christians (though they often claim to be!) and there are plenty of polite, gentle, decent and intelligent Christians around as well. Sep 3, 2008 - If Jesus was a Divine Being, I would expect him to have something better to do than expect that every knee "in heaven and on earth and under the earth" should bow to him. Especially UNDER the earth, because knee joints often don't last even as long as we are aboveground. I suppose he COULD have nothing better to do, which pretty much just makes him a prideful bully, and I don't see that as very divine. But I don't have any need for you to agree-we don't profit by scaring people into converting.

Since you think your god will damn you to eternal torment if you DON'T simply believe that barbarity proves his "love", no doubt you NEED to believe it. Good luck with that. But extolling the virtues of a Divine Protection Racket on a Pagan song comment board is unlikely to convince anyone here. Hope you get all your god-points. Otherwise it is just (sorry) pointless :)

Sep 19, 2008 - I met Lisa Thiel once when i was about 15 or 16, she is so sweet and divine, I heard her play this and some of her other songs acoustically, I am so appreciative for that experience it really propelled my own spiritual journey and I will be forever thankful.
