Part 105 of the Final Fantasy V Advance playthrough. Wow...so the video actually uploaded. Anywho... I mastered ALL Jobs. I used the quicksave ABP trick. Use the Quicksave trick in the room before Twintania, and either the first or second fight will be 2 Iron Giants. Took party to Level 45 (that should do) I did had like 8 million Gil, but I blew it on maxing all my items, like Elixirs and Fuma Shurikens (like I actually use Elixirs) Okay, now for my final team set-up. First off, I didn't want to use Freelancer because you will have all sorts of advantages from Mastered Jobs. Plus, no Rapid Fire! You just don't know how EASY the final boss is with Rapid Fire, and a Freelancer. Seriously! So...no Freelancer...OR Rapid Fire. Also, I didn't use Mime, because then you can use Dualcast-Time-White/Black. Here is why: Dualcast Quick-offense magic. Then, Dualcast offense magic-offense magic. Then on the second turn, Dualcast offense magic-offense magic. See how easy that is? I'm not doing that. Now for what I WANTED to use: I decided to turn Faris into a Berserker because no one ACTUALLY uses it, so I am taking it for a spin. I DID had Lenna as a Ninja, but in all my attempts, she only ended up supporting, so I turned her into a White Mage. I also wanted to try using the Mix Command. Honestly, I had to do some research to find some worthy combinations, as I really never used the Mix Command in all my life. Here are what I find worthy mixes: Phoenix Down+Potion (Revive with full HP) Phoenix Down+Ether (Revive with full HP and MP) Antidote+Holy Water (Increases Level by 10) Ether+Hi-Potion (full MP restoration) Potion+Ether (full HP restoration) I already know there is one better than +10 Level, but it calls for a Dragon Fang. I turned Bartz into a Gladiator 'cuz I wanted to. I have to say it is pretty good, probably aside from crappy defense (unless it is my level) I turned Krile into a Time Mage with Summon. I sorta need it for the final battle. And there you go. Long explanation, but it might answer a few "Huh?"'s. This is MY playing style. You can use Freelancers, with Max Level, and use Rapid Fire, but where is the fun, and challenge? o_O Try watching a bunch of final boss videos. Most likely the person is using a team of Freelancers and Mimes, probably maybe Level 99 (or very high), and spamming the hell out of Rapid Fire. What kind of crap is that? That is NO FUN! Okay, a scene and it is time to fight the final boss! Strategy used against Exdeath: The first phase is sorta of tough. The main attack here is White Hole, which inflicts Death and Petrify. Use a Phoenix Down and Gold Needle on the afflicted one. Some of Exdeath's nasty attacks include Holy, Flare, and Meteor (OMG! Meteor hurts!) The main concern here is White Hole! (That reminds me of the Trap Card. Too bad Dark Hole is forbidden. LOL) Just keep up healing and reviving. After so much damage, Exdeath will "transform" to Neo Exdeath, the final FINAL boss of the game. Strategy in next part... There is a way to finish off Exdeath before he "transform" into Neo Exdeath.
