In answer to SxePhil's question, I think cities need to take the time to invest in more public forms of transportation: buses, subways, trolleys etcetera. In addition, those systems already in place need to be updates, properly maintained, and run on more eco friendly fuels. Jan 4, 2008 - good video. As a poliSci graduate I can tell you that no matter what anyone says...young people rarely vote. Just a sad fact. They rally, they march, but they do not vote. weird but true

richochet41 Says:

Jan 4, 2008 - How much are you getting paid? Hmmmm-Think about that everyone. Is there any one of them even worth voting for? Sorry I think the system had failed the American people. And no matter who you put in office they can never change anything you people are being brain washed. I am mid aged and I have never once seen any one elected that has ever made a great change like was promised. People are just being feed a big pipe dream. Good Luck!

Jan 4, 2008 - richochet41: gettin paid? I'M NOT! What are you talking about? I am a fan of yours and a subscriber and you leave me this comment. This is mean and rude of you. I am surprised and very disappointed.

richochet41 Says:

Jan 4, 2008 - I am sorry but I am not a big fan of politics nothing personal I just think they are all full of hot air. I do not have the right to bitch about anything because I do not vote I use to vote! But I just felt it was useless and a waste of my time because nothing ever got done. Nothing personal toward you. Any time you get into politics you are always going to be stuck in the middle of all kinds of conflicts and political discussions.

Jan 5, 2008 - Thanks. I think I overreacted to your comment. But I think that it's still important to try. I do not believe in all the people involved in politics, but I still believe in the system. I sent you a message about it - I hope you got it.

Jan 12, 2008 - Awesome Video: I live in London but have been following your election results with great intrigue. I would love to see a Democratic President elected in the US but as this now appears to be a two horse race between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, i can't help but think that being a Woman or an African American will ultimately go against them. This certainly should not matter and i sincerely hope i am proved wrong. Keep up the great work.

15chipshops Says:

Jan 12, 2008 - I have been voting since 1984 (in the UK) and have noticed that the voting figures in general has dropped at an alarming rate. It is, i agree very important for people to vote but the decreasing numbers of voters is not purely down to apathy in my view. I believe the general view of politicians is they are in it for themselves, which ever side they are on. People are disillusioned with the state of our country, the plight of our NHS, Education, Transport etc... due mainly to Privatization.

15chipshops Says:

Jan 12, 2008 - Continued...People can not see one party over the other fighting their corner. I used to know which party stood for which policies but now they all seem to blend into one and i do not like what i see!. Sorry about the rant! My normally optimistic outlook on life unfortunately turns quickly to pessimism when i talk politics, so i am going down the pub to cheer myself up!.

Jan 13, 2008 - I agree with you agree with you and I am the same way.

seechabboy Says:

Jan 18, 2008 - Ron Paul is the only candidate that is willing to stand up for peoples rights rather than the rights of corporations and the Military Industrial complex. The only one who has NO ties to corporate lobbyists, or we could just continue supporting the oppressive countries of china and israel while we lose all that has made this country worth fighting for.

seechabboy Says:

Jan 19, 2008 - Have you made any attempt to learn about the policies in which Ron Paul would like to implement.I sincerley admire your enthusiasm and I hope you will take the time to tell me what you like about John Edwards.I dont know much about him.

seechabboy Says:

Jan 19, 2008 - I had just about completely lost all faith until Ron Paul started gaining so much popularity and now I feel if I dont speak up I may never be allowed to again. They came for my neighbor and I did nothing. They came for my brother and I did nothing. When they came for me there was no one to speak up.

daddywizz Says:

Jan 22, 2008 - I am not in favor of more people voting. I think there should be a test to qualify. Not enough people look at the candidates but just pull the leaver with the (R) or (D). We are a sound bite nation.

missdivinestalls Says:

Jan 23, 2008 - I can see your point. People need to be more informed and states like the one in which I live need to get rid of the "vote only for your party system" and allow the blanket primaries again so that if you don't want to vote for someone in your party you can.

livinginlux Says:

Mar 17, 2008 - Would you support this policy if you failed the test?
