It has approx 9250 to 10000 AND ABOVE of ft lbs of energy from the barrel compared to the 12227 of the 50 BMG. So they are not far off. Excellent round for elephant or rhino. Just wear a heavy duty recoil pad and keep it tucked into your shoulder. P.S they are not arabs; I believe its accurate reloading from india.
