I had been living in Oslo for, like a year - and I had noticed this crazy fucked up lonely and evil newspaper salesman spinning in the parks around town - bugging everybody - forcing us to buy this street-newspaper he sold. Well - one day I got to meet this guy again in a café, he sat down at my table and told me and the rest of the people gathered there, that he was a musician - so I asked him if he where any good - you know, to joke a little - and he became like dead serious and stuff - so I felt sorry for him and asked him out in the car with me, and I would listen to his CD. Well - I were thinking that this stranger diden´t know what he was doing - but when I hit play on that CD-player, Januar third, 2008 - I know I had hit Rock and Roll - GOLD! I mean - Jason Pyrus - or better known as Jason Paradiso or Jason Victoria - He is brilliant man - I have listened to a lot of music during my lifetime - but I mean - this is Music - the lyrics, the voice, the feeling - the power in those songs are just mindblowing - pure music gold. How could such an evil newspaper salesman become the God of Rock and Roll - He is like the golden child of Kate Bush and Nick Cave - Like Summer and Winter - at the same time - His music is loaded and loaded with melancholic drama - and the spirits are alive and ministers out to the audience - How could this Musical Einstein still be selling newspaper on the streets? Why was he not rich and famous?
