It's crucial that we start moving towards the right direction and close the southern borders to illegals. Jan 25, 2008 - Woodburn is a disgrace to Oregon. I live 10 minutes away from there and it is bad. Most of the businesses are still Mexican. We call it "Mini Mexico" where I'm from. Gang members are still getting killed there. Good thing Oregon made this law.
