An animated spray in TF2 with a bit more effort put into it :) EDIT: A number of people have asked me to how to make an animated TF2 spray, but it's difficult to explain the whole process. I'll post this one reply I sent to a person, and I hope you can figure it out. ________________________ I used an old CSS program called Sprayr: http://sprayr.scumhunter.net/ to create my animated spray. It's rather a fluke that it still works. There are very strict size restrictions on animated sprays, and both animated and transparent sprays have to be done very carefully. The biggest problem I had was when I was saving my still transparent images as .tga, the GIMP (the image editing software I used, and I assume photoshop as well) automatically turns on a form of compression for it that makes it incompatible with TF2. And FYI, the best way to know if your image is in the right format, is to save it as a .tga RGBA and import it as a spray into CSS or TF2. If it gives an error, something is wrong with the image. If it imports fine, you can then use that transparent image as a spray by itself, or use multiple images with Sprayr to animate it. When I have some more time I may make a full tutorial to it, but I'm very busy 'till January and I'm far from an expert at photoshop and image editing. Hope this helps.
