Aug 24, 2008 - I like Mozart, but this piece, "Axur R'e Dormus," just sounded too damn good! I had to replay this portion several times already. This is also saved into my favorites. Bravo Maestro Saliera per musica così bella!

Aug 28, 2008 - Salieri nodding in sync when the Bishop hums "eine kline" and the look on the Bishop's face when Salieri mentions "I didn't" -- priceless moments on history of cinema.

Sep 11, 2008 - Can you tell Mozart's music from Salieri's? A Google search for "quiz mozart salieri" will bring you the quiz.

Sep 14, 2008 - whos the guy in the crown and orangey cloak?
catman351 Says:
Sep 21, 2008 - It seems the story about "a king who becomes jealous of his popular general, kidnaps his wife and attempts to get him killed." That "orange cloak" guy may be playing the part of the king.

Sep 25, 2008 - 1:00-1:07 is probably better go at it than real opera. shame the producer of amadeus didn't re produce a couple of operas like this.

Oct 6, 2008 - You are right! That portion is absolutely divine and shows the beautiful genius of Salieri, a composer who was teacher of Beethoven, Liszt, Schubert and of Mozart himself in choral canto as well as of Mozart's sons. A composer today unfairly forgetten for a stupid and false legend, but admirated and beloved at his time.
