First rebuttal to James White's responses (This video is Part 'A', see the second video response to James' first video, for Part 'B'). Do I go after Jay Smith unfairly? Is the Trinity Rational? Can God defy his own nature? What makes Mormons polytheist? How do we understand textual scriptures like the bible and Quran? Are Muslims selective when it comes to the New Testament? Please see other video response by me to James' first video response. A big question is answered: Did Early Muslims not think the Bible was corrupted???

facilisdescenus Says:
May 31, 2008 - //never mention Jesus as God but rather a master.// Did you actually read it? It specifically calls jesus The Lord of glory(James 2:1)he says the prophets spoke in his name(James 5:10) and says that Jesus will forgive sins(James 5:15).James doesn't mention the crucifixion because that is not what his letter is about.

May 31, 2008 - I'm speaking of the book of James which was not included in the Bible. Watch my video : paul vs jesus's family
facilisdescenus Says:
May 31, 2008 - Ok-The disciple Peter is giving a speech in Acts 2:14-37.He specifically mentions the crucifixion in Acts 2:36.He also mentions it in his speech in Acts 4:10.
facilisdescenus Says:
May 31, 2008 - The book they were talking about was the epistle of James(which is in the bible) and another early church document called the didache. But as I said James does acknowlege Jesus as the lord and saviour
1MoreMuslim Says:
May 31, 2008 - Who wrote Acts?
1MoreMuslim Says:
May 31, 2008 - But as I said James does acknowlege Jesus as the lord and saviour" So those historians in the documentary are lying!

Jun 1, 2008 - people do not change the story when passing it down orally?
facilisdescenus Says:
Jun 3, 2008 - luke wrote it but he used a lot of material from the speeches of the disciples-He is quoting Peter in the verses I gave you
facilisdescenus Says:
Jun 3, 2008 - //So those historians in the documentary are lying!// I don't know what credentials the people in the documentary have, but you can look up the verses I gave you.You can look up the didache online too.

Jun 3, 2008 - "luke wrote it but he used a lot of material from the speeches of the disciples" There are a lot of dispute on that. What is your end point? To prove that the man-god makes sense? Black never will be white, no matter what you do. Luke should have wrote down when Jesus said he is God incarnate.
facilisdescenus Says:
Jun 3, 2008 - I was talking about the crucifixion. And even if you claim luke didn't write it you cannot deny that he was quoting Peter.
facilisdescenus Says:
Jun 3, 2008 - And you doubt luke wrote Acts-Let me ask you-How do you know who narrated the hadiths or if Mohammed narrated the Quran?
nmarouene Says:
Jun 3, 2008 - Hadiths is like your Bible textual criticism. A very strict severe and in depth inquiries on the sayings and the narrators. Hadiths are classified according to the chain of narration. The narration should not be interrupted or having doubtful narrator in it, it's a whole science. Narrators are known by names: X son of Y son of Z... Only sahih hadiths (Authentic) are accepted others are classified : acceptable, weak... Make no comparison with the Bible.

Jul 8, 2008 - Human BEINGS are finite, Human NATURE is not finite. God took on HUMAN NATURE. Your soul is infinite living in a finite body; is that a contradiction?
supporttruth Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - there you go !you just said your "soul is infinate" nothing is infinate BUT GOD.all i know is when you can compare God with any thing ,then its not God you are talking about!you are talking bout god then ,plus why would God lower himself and took on human form?a finite form??why did he had messangers for?,if he was doing it to convey his message!he should have been Adam pbuh ,as well as Moses pbuh and the rest of the messangers (aoudobillah)?
TehBloggaar Says:
Aug 14, 2008 - Lo! Wouldn't we save ourselves a lot of time if we just stopped worshiping a primitive, psychotic desert God and accepted the fact that modern science disproves Abrahamic-based theology? Peace be with you, A non believer.

1MoreMuslim Says:
May 31, 2008 - "What would convince you that the disciples believed the crucifixion and resurrection?" What would convince more than 200 thousands of people that Mohammad PBUH was a prophet, in his very lifetime, and gave they lives to protect him and spread the message? The book of james, the brother of JEsus, never mention Jesus as God but rather a master. he doesn't mention the cross neither the crucifixion. watch?v=E1J-6xY8V9Y
