Feb 9, 2008 - FBI only investigate federal crimes.. like civil rights, cyber crimes and counterterrorism. However, if the situation gets worse (federal) then it's possible they'll get involved. But as far as finding parents, thats up to the Police headquarters and DNA specialists.
