Pianist and harpsichordist Eva Young received critical acclaim for her first concert appearance with the Royal College of Music Orchestra, which resulted from winning the Peter Morrison Concerto Competition. Since emigrating to the United States, Ms. Young has performed frequently at the Bach Aria Festival , Music Academy of the West. and Interlochen Center of the Arts as vocal coach and accompanist. She has also performed with the Taipei Contemporary Chamber Orchestra at National Concert Hall in Taiwan, New World Symphony in Florida, and at the pacific Music festival in Japan. Ms. Young holds degrees from the Oberlin Conservatory and the University of Michigan. She also holds a Professional Study Certificate in Harpsichord from Temple University. She is currently on the piano faculty of Lincoln University and Music Director of New London United Methodist Church in PA. Also playing with Ms. Young was Tomoko Harada.
