Jan 7, 2008 - I have not heard that debate and I do not trust Jimmy Swaggart so I may not listen to that debate. However, melonpun, my point is that he digs into the greek and pulls out ONE greek word and bases a whole argument on the ONE word from the greek. If he believes it is corrupted, he would have no argument because his opponents would simply say: "Sir, I am sorry, you just picked a word that is corrupt. What other points do you have sir?"

Feb 25, 2008 - If you admire Ahmed Deedat, why don't you open up your heart and listen to his lecture with an open mind. Anyway thanks. You at least don't criticize Muhammed and diss him. I really appreciate that NightHawk.
nighthawk7878 Says:
Feb 25, 2008 - I do admire him as an orator, however, I just found out something disappointing, he claimed to know Greek, the original language of the Injeel, someone has proven that he did not know even the basics of Greek grammar. He did not admit to what he knew to be true about Isa.

Feb 26, 2008 - I looked at quite a few videos of yours and I realized that you say "Isa" instead of Jesus. Thats arabic. Why don't you say Jesus? thx just curious

Apr 14, 2008 - Hello nighthawk7878 - Hello my friend! I respect the way you display your videos. Were told in the Quran to interact and respect the followers of the book (Injel & Torah) as the truthful among them will recognize truth when they hear it. Most of us can agree with the Mark about taken in unclean, does not make a man unclean in the outer physical sense. However the lesson or point of that verse seem to be about the behavior of man with his tongue. Thanks friend. May God give you and I guidence.

Apr 14, 2008 - And the same to you. I can appreciate your Imam, Anwar Al-Awlaki and his attitude. Different from many Imam's I read about. He is a level above others. He has some divine insights about life. If you have listened to him, I am sure you do too. I love you though we have not met. That love given me by Jesus. He abides still, He is constant, He is yesterday, today and forever. He is the way to the Father. I have submitted to God through Him.

Apr 14, 2008 - isalhia said: Were told in the Quran to interact and respect the followers of the book (Injel & Torah) as the truthful among them will recognize truth when they hear it. I am not learning the harder things about the Qur'an myself. You are right, It does say what you said, but it also says "Kill them wherever you find them." How can you live with that? Many of MY BROTHERS IN JESUS have lost their lives just yesterday at the sword of Islam. Something is wrong.
isalhia Says:
Apr 15, 2008 - nighthawk7878 - hello my friend and thank you for your nice comments above and I'm sorry for the loss of your fellow man as it is also my fellow man in humanity. Many people claim to kill in the name of God or in the name of submission to one God (Islam) but only God himself knows what's in the hearts of man. In the Quran it says clearly that the killing of the innocent shall be faced with Hell and an evil place it is.
isalhia Says:
Apr 15, 2008 - Nighthawk7878 - God hates the oppressors. We are told to not allow ourselves as humans to be oppressed. Every verse that has to do with fighting in the Quran is in self defense. God is Just and he tells man kind to stand for peace and for what's right but don't live in oppression. That verse that you spoke of is about a peace treaty that was broken by Quraysh. They killed innocent Muslims in their sleep, so they are told to now fight in self defense so that this oppression may end.

Jun 5, 2008 - hmmm let's hope that those brothers in Jesus also believe in the bible's "their pregnant women ripped open" (you saw my video comparing holy books so you can't pretend you don't know what I'm talking about :) Also it makes me wonder if those "brothers" died trying to crush the resistance of an oil-rich country, so Haliburton would make a good buck, in which case we must pray to God to curse those bad guys who killed them and stole poor Cheney's pension fund to themselvs! Salhi stop kissing ***
IslamoPhilic Says:
Jun 5, 2008 - Actually I believe that in Deedat's last/11th part of his debate with American soldiers stationed in the gulf (which apparently 2 of them embraced Islam after, judging by the pics), he says that any God who orders a woman who saves her husband's hand be cut off (as written in the bible) to be "a lunatic God". You can't say Deedat never said the bible was corrupted, what about his book "50,000 contradictions in the holy bible"?
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 5, 2008 - Be careful, he is supposed to be Allah of the Qur'an.
IslamoPhilic Says:
Jun 6, 2008 - I realize that, and honestly I don't agree with Deedat's aggressiveness given that POSSIBLY the verse was actually inspired by God. I was just telling you that no, he doesn't "accept the bible", not everything in the bible anyway.
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 6, 2008 - You love the Hebrew and Greek scriptures when you perceive that it presumes to fore tell the coming of Muhammad. But on all other fronts and points it is corrupt and cannot be trusted. I have watched Deedat diasect a verse down to minute detail to make "his" point but then he doesn't "accept the bible." You only accept it when it makes the point you want to make but not at any other times. Do you see the double standard/double talk here??
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 6, 2008 - I need to ask you about the Cow 6:70 passage that says essentially there is no ransom that one can offer for his soul. None is big enough to ransom the soul. There is a similar passage in the Zabur 49 V 7 and 8 say: 7 No man can redeem the life of another or give to God a ransom for him- 8 the ransom for a life is costly, no payment is ever enough- I will message you the entire psalm but it is saying the same thing as Cow or Cattle. We are stuck with no redemption.
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 6, 2008 - We are stuck that is unless God has made that redemption. He has made a redemption in our behalf. That redemption is a historical act. We have to recognize it and to believe in the act as covering us. What are your thoughts?? Have a blessed day brother!!!!!
IslamoPhilic Says:
Jun 7, 2008 - Stop taking verses out of context. It means that if your good work doesn't get you to heaven, not all the money in the world will save you! And Jesus himself said that your good work must exceed that of the scribes & pharisees, not sit like a lazy duck because "you're saved"
IslamoPhilic Says:
Jun 7, 2008 - lol? You just did the same thing trying to "prove" that Islam embraces the concept of dying for our sins! And that's perfectly okay in a religious discussion, here's why: You believe in 100% of the bible, I don't. If your bible prophecizes Mohammad, which it does, I score a point because you don't believe in him. While, if the bible shows a contradiction, such as saying that locusts/grasshoppers walk on 4 legs (which it does), YOU need to explain that! Got it?
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 8, 2008 - I did not take anything out of context. In fact for you reading I sent the whole psalm to you in a message. And I am not sure you have the correct interpretation. "No payment is ever enough" implies to me that no amount of good works can redeem one. In fact, if you put the whole of scriptures together, that is the unquestionable answer. Good works do not redeem you nor do they get one to heaven.
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 8, 2008 - I have salvation but I do not sit around. He love and grace motivates me to work hard for Him. Anyone who sits around probably is not "saved."
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 8, 2008 - I am concerned about you Islamo. Are you assured that you have eternal life?
IslamoPhilic Says:
Jun 8, 2008 - Why don't you "sit around" if Jesus died for your sins? What did he die for, then?? Of course I'm not assured I have eternal life; maybe I'll go crazy and leave Islam before I die or commit very huge sins causing me to go to hell. You can never be sure. And quite frankly I'd doubt your honesty if you were "sure" you're going to heaven, especially that you worship a human being and break the FIRST commandment, among other things.
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 8, 2008 - Right on brother!!! Now we are getting somewhere!!! Many, many do not understand that!!! Even people who wear the Christian label. We DO NOT work to earn anything!!! We CAN NOT earn anything by working!! Our deeds are like filthy rags in His sight. Jesus Christ DID THE WORK--ALL OF IT!! My work is in response to His love for me. My work is because I love Him sooooo much. Let me say that again--I love Him sooooo much. I would give all my life for Him.
nighthawk7878 Says:
Jun 10, 2008 - Islamo, do you love Allah? And, does that love motivate you to do what you do for Him?
