PLEASE READ FIRST... Another quiz. Please take special note of the question about forgiving your brother. If we believe Jesus never tells us to do something he wouldn't do, then we know we must repent of our sins in order for God to forgive them.

Jan 18, 2008 - We are warned against falling under bondage to sin AFTER being free from it in Christ. Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Jan 18, 2008 - Peter delved into further. He explained it would be better to have never known Christ than to have known Him then turn against Him by falling under bondage to the world again.(2 Peter 2:20-22) Peter compared a person returning to the world like a dog returning to his vomit. There are literally hundreds of passages like these that say give the same message, the posibility of falling from grace. The question is do you believe God's word over what men have been telling you?

NoLongerSilenced Says:

Jan 18, 2008 - If you believe in OSAS and obey Christ and don't make excuses to sin, you will make it. If you use it as a crutch so you can sin those sometimes you want to you are on your way to hell as we speak. You can't love sin and God at the same time. It is impossoble. Repent, and worship God in Spirit and TRUTH.

Feb 5, 2008 - thank you brother. i grew up in the truth and then lost interest. experienced reiki attunements, new age practices, drugs, and other problems. now, i am back and more obedient to the Lord's calling than ever. i cannot now go back. prayer everyday and throughout the day even. the bible is our best friend.:)

Feb 6, 2008 - No problem, ekimbell. Eternal security has left many professing Christians in sins unrepetned of. I have heard of cocaine users who are told, "you are going to heaven, you don't have to change the way you live". As a result they don't repent of their sins. Eternal security is embraced because it sounds nice and is appealing to the flesh. It's not Biblical. All the promises about God keeping His sheep it to who? His sheep, which are those who listen to His voice and follow Him.
