The Attract Sequence Editor, otherwise known as the Flying Camera Route Editor was included in RCT3 as a "secret" tool: Probably designed for the developers to make promotional videos for the game. This video shows you how to use this easter egg. Keep in mind that updates to RCT3 have enabled the button controls, but the functions are generally the same
