Apr 17, 2008 - I also am schizophrenic and I am on clozapine and it's the best anti psycotic I have ever taken. It treats the positive symptoms very well and also the negative, I heard it's the only one that does that. As for the lethal part, it's caused by agranulisotosis a rare but potentially fatel blood disfunction but they check your blood for it every 2 weeks or every month. If they catch it it can be completely reversed but you have to stop taking the clozapine.
