Jan 24, 2008 - I was a huge fan of his back in the day. I heard that he passed in July 2005. What happened? He had to be only in his 30's. So sad. RIP.

Jan 25, 2008 - J (aka Jeff McCormick) was my cousin. His death was caused by almost total aortal blockage...he'd just turned 36. He was indeed talented; his dad was a big Charlie Parker fan and started Jeff out on the sax when he was a small child. He was a natural from the beginning. We miss him terribly.
