In the Manga she is Sailor Moon but the Sailor Moon of a far far future. (further into the future than chibiusa) She travels back in time because she can not defeat the current incarnation of chaos in her time so she goes back in time (in the form of chibichibi) to convince sailor moon to destroy both everyone and chaos so that her future doesn't come to pass.

Sep 29, 2008 - Why didnt the outers use full power? I no they got some more attacks up their sleves. Submarine Reflection, Space Sword Blasters, Time Stop, Silence Glaive Surprise. Plus Pluto and Saturn can go intangible and Teleport (Ep 125 and 85). It would have been real good if Uranus and Galaxia would have had a sword fight.
