Of course not! However we may appear to be by the atheists because they lack the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:16,17 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. 2 Cor 5:5-7 Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as a guarantee. So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight.

Mar 16, 2008 - My reply to that would be common sense. I would proceed to point out there's a huge difference between visually witnessing something hit you, and getting emotional and arbritarily attributing that mere feeling to the god of your choice. Imagine a Buddhist saying the same thing to you. "I experienced Buddha, therefore he exists and is the one true god." That's basically the same logic you've used. Would you then have to say: "He makes a good point. I guess Buddha is God."?

Apr 13, 2008 - Let's say one night you got scared and ditched your campsite, dead certain that you were being stalked. You may not be able to prove it--but no shame in booking it, right? Others might say, "there was nothing" but you'd probably trust your instinct if it was strong. Some have a gut feeling that God exists. Not proof, but not contrary to common sense, either. Instinct may be correct or not, but it's there for a reason, and trusting it can be vital. Belief is very personal, much like instinct.

Apr 27, 2008 - i dont think atheist denied God on purpose, God is the one that gives faith to people, not the other way around but generally i agree with your video,

Jul 15, 2008 - That is true, but if you are really seeking for an eternal peace, than you will find nothing in Buddhism and will actually keep searching for things of God's nature.Which if you really seek for God you will come to know him, through simple ways nature works.
6gording6 Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - The reason it is not some other God is because the holyspirit is actually talked about and has attributes, which can not be mistaken for another.
JeromeStein4U Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - This is more than a "feeling". It is an experience that leaves us a changed person.
JeromeStein4U Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - Can't deny what we know to be true.
highwind8124 Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - Yeah, but getting high on drugs and seeing your long lost dead grandmother would "change you". Just because your "feeling" changes you in now way determines reality. People in Las Vegas suddenly get "the feeling" they're lucky and the ball on the roulette table is going to land on a certain number. I mean, what do you really expect people to say to this kind of talk that can be espoused by someone of some other religion, who simply say: "they feel something, and are changed"?

Jul 17, 2008 - Yah no kidding..Just listen to the late Bob Marley, or Tom Cruise. Thay say their religion is life tranforming. Not to mention people who sell Amway. Ant christian would call these people delusional, but the don't reconize it in themselves. Just think of their faith as practiced self-deception. They are told to protect their faith. Once they pop they just can't stop! lol!
BSintolerant Says:
Jul 17, 2008 - "You seem awfully positive about this. Your claim cannot be verified, so it must be false" This is pretty much the point non-believer are trying to make about your claim.......

Jul 17, 2008 - Exactly right. Well put.

Aug 14, 2008 - I don't see the point of quoting the bible to convince atheists. Atheists, like me, don't believe the bible was written by a god, but people. So...that will get you nowhere ;)

Aug 28, 2008 - I have had the experience of a great voice from an angel, much like your holy spirit. The angel told me that if i do not fill my car with petrol (you may call it gasoline) it will run on pure air. My dream however was as fictional as your bible, you see, in the morning I woke up! Might i suggest you also "wake up" and stop hurting us as a species. Perhaps, more importantly, please dont teach this rubbish and brainwash your kids too! That cant be good for them!
JeromeStein4U Says:
Aug 28, 2008 - Nice attempt at sarcasm. Don't trust angels that give advise like that. I am fully awake. I see clearly what you are blind to. BTW- My kids are fine. I have 2 engineers that are doing well in their field AND serving God. They are doing fine.
Therealmiracleworker Says:
Aug 28, 2008 - No, you clearly are not fully awake yet, what is it that I am so blind to? I can not understand that. And why not trust those angels if you can trust the holy spirit wihtout doubt or question? I also have 2 KIDS my daughter is a doctor, follows in my footsteps, and my son is at university wishing to be a dentist
Therealmiracleworker Says:
Aug 28, 2008 - Sorry not enough space to get my comment through clealy. This never was an argument regarding whom kids are or what they do, although I must add do either of your children contribue there success to GOD, or was it the fact they earned it themselves?
JeromeStein4U Says:
Aug 28, 2008 - That's great about your kids. I never implied that your children would not be able to do well in this world, did I? However you implied that somehow mine would not. HHHMMmmm
JeromeStein4U Says:
Aug 28, 2008 - They worked hard, but found great help through God in their jobs as well as in their studies.
Therealmiracleworker Says:
Aug 29, 2008 - I dont know about that, the god bit that is. I do wish you, and all your family, good will. My aim is simple discussion, not a comment war about whom is better than whom. If my comment came across in the unintentional way. then I appologise without reservation. As for the religion thing i say we agree to disagree and leave it at that huh? what say you! I have no hard feelings hope you dont either! an athiest can be a good man too!
JeromeStein4U Says:
Aug 29, 2008 - Thank you. You seem like a reasonable man too, judging from what little I know about you through your comments. This video and the "Contact" video are about all I have done that deals with the atheist issue. I am no debater. I am not much at comment wars. I refuse to get into heavy arguments. When I get hate posts from others, I simply ban them and delete the nasty comment if I can not get them out of that mode.
