The only reason they are getting more hardline on its is they saw Americans feel very strongly that illegals need to go. Thats a good sign that they will follow public opinion- but it also shows that they will switch in a second. none of the candidates understand how mad Americans are about mexicans asking for everthing without following our rules.

It's saying you could work your way into becoming a legal resident of the country by working here without taking benefits and then applying and then paying a fine." Romney then called McCain's plan a "reasonable plan".

He is far too liberal on taxes, voting against the Bush tax cuts, which he still says in the face of contrary evidence, was the right vote. McCain pushes global warming, illegal immigration, but not on 1st amendment rights, with McCain/Feingold.
