Youtube has a tendency to butcher video quality, so sorry. If you watch my xbox packing video, i showed that i had ground shipping instead at 3 day select as promised by M$, but i wasnt going to say anything yet because i didnt want to mess with ms till the box was gone. Once it was gone, i called MS to see if there was an explanation and i got hooked up to a rep who was nice but was barely legible, didnt really know what i was sayin. So i told her I wanted compensation, lol. She offered me 4 choices, mentioned in vid and i chose the most non gayest... Oh well I want a racing game anyways.
