I had my 3 Skype Phone for And I am experiencing a fault. The Handset powers on, The 3 Logo appears and then the phone restarts and just does that over and over again. I have taken the sim card out and powered it on, still the same problem. I put the sim card back and took the SD Card out and powered it on and still the same problem, I also plugged the charger to see if I can get it to display the "On" button. But still just restarts over and over again. WTF ? UPDATE: Guess what happened after I fixed it ??? Same thing ! Right now it does exactly the same thing. I might just throw it out or get it fixed again.

Apr 11, 2008 - i work for 3, if you want to use skype buy a handset that ives u the skype feature, the skype phone is not a great mobile. it is very basic and not a nice fashion accessory. there are other phones available on the same price plans which offer skype.

Apr 11, 2008 - its not a bad phone. its good for what it does(in your case when it works) there is a 12 month warranty on all electrical goods (im pretty sure) but your phone should is covered by 3's free reapair system. Just take the phone back to the shop and get them to send it away for repair for free as its clearly a software fault. Just want to note that in 6 months in my ship we have never had a skype phone in for repair as far as I am aware. any problems dial 333 lol

Jun 17, 2008 - I now have this problem. If I had realised they do this I would have saved the photos I had sitting on the phone memory. I hope they are recoverable on the sim along with the contact list. The phone was low on charge when I turned it off and now I can't get it on. It won't charge so I will take it to the shop and make sure a new fully charged battery won't do the trick. so.. don't let them run low on battery life as it will not go into charge mode.

Jun 18, 2008 - mm.. the shop had no spares, and no new phones so I could replace mine either. I have to give them mine and I have established that I will lose data. Most of it was saved to the phone memory :( Make sure you back up if you have one.. daily!

Jan 21, 2008 - OKAY PPL. I took my 3 Skype Phone to my 3 dealer and they have sent my handset off for repairs. The reason I made a video is so that other 3 Skype Phone owners can see what 3 Mobile will do if you guys had a prob with your handset.
