Here is video that was taken while waiting for the Z-STOWSP to arrive in Modesto. This thunderstorm slammed the Modesto Amtrak Station head-on with a microburst, which had winds gusting up to 70 mph. This storm even produced a small funnel cloud. It was very intense and AWESOME!!! Please enjoy, rate it and leave comments!

Jan 8, 2008 - That cell was responsible for the flood video (the last one uploaded) and got three funnel clouds and a microburst. The winds were easily 60 mph in the microburst.

Jan 17, 2008 - Actually, for a split second so can very well see a tiny funnel cloud and disappeared before I can zoom in on it.

Feb 25, 2008 - We don't get many great storms in Modesto, but when we do, they really get exciting! I don't live far from the train station at all, and I think I was out watching this storm too.

Feb 27, 2008 - Yeah, I think this one had atleast 55-60 mph winds with it. I checked the weather history and it was about the time I caught this cell, Modesto had a 62 mph wind gust. I got soaked from the driving rain and strong winds.
