Since i have stopped smoking i have ate and ate, i was wondering if anybody could help me and make any suggestions to new 2008 diets? I will tell you about the mars bar diet in this video however it didn't work for me, i need something else, something a little more pro active but not too active....

Today I went to the gym and lifted weights for 45 minutes... upper body (chest, back, arms & shoulders) I also went on a run/walk with the dog... 40 minutes!! 3.25 miles in the hils :) Food: oatmeal with Blueberries: 200 cal garden burger patty: 80 odwalla bar: 220 banana: 200 garden burger...
